Brandenburger Tor und Berliner Dom

Well I haven't done anything interesting lately, as I've been busy writing my Honors thesis proposal and making sure next semester will go off without a hitch. That's pretty important stuff, since I'll be graduating in December! Anyway, as I said, I haven't done anything new or exciting but upon reading this blog, I realized I never did cover my trip back to the Brandenburg Gate. I mentioned having seen in my second day of class, but now I'll share some picture of my first walk through Berlin.

Ok, so here's a better picture of the Brandenburg Gate and a whole bunch of detail images.

These statues stand on Palace Bridge near the Berlin Cathedral.

And here is the Berlin Cathedral itself and of course a bunch of detail images of both the exterior and interior of the church.

These are the tombs under the Berlin Cathedral, many of the Prussian royal family were laid to rest here.

A view from the Church.

Sorry it took so long to get these pictures added. This was actually the first thing I did in Berlin! Anyway, that's all I've got for now.
